near 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Northern Lander and Northern Eureka, Northern Elko, Ruby
Mountains and East Humboldt Range in Elko, South Central Elko,
Southeastern Elko, Southwest Elko, and Humboldt Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM PDT Wednesday morning until 11 PM PDT Wednesday
evening.
* IMPACTS...Blowing dust will reduce visibilities at times. Travel
will be difficult, particularly for high profile vehicles.
