* Until 730 PM PDT.
* At 526 PM PDT, a dust channel was 20 miles south of South Fork,
moving north at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Less than three miles visibility with strong winds in
excess of 40 mph.
SOURCE...Doppler radar.
IMPACT...Hazardous travel.
* NV 278, NV228, NV 225, NV227, NV226, NV306 and I-80. Travelers
along these routes may encounter strong winds and reduced visibility
due to blowing dust. Please use caution if you need to travel this
evening.

Elko, Carlin, Crescent Valley, Beowawe, Jiggs, South Fork, Pine
Valley, Dunphy, Lee, Lamoille, Deeth, Ryndon, Emigrant Pass, Spring
Creek, Tuscarora, Palisade, Willow Creek Reservoir, North Area Mine,
Star Valley, and Adobe Summit.
Instruction:
Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving
conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in
dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep
your foot off the brake.
Motorists should not drive into an area of blowing dust. PULL ASIDE
STAY ALIVE!
