THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING....
* WIND...West to northwest winds 15 to 30 MPH with gusts up to 40
MPH.
* HUMIDITY...10 to 20 percent Thursday. 6 to 12 percent Friday.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
