At 915 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles northeast of Brownlee, or 28 miles north of Thedford, moving east at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Highway 83 crossing Goose Creek. This includes Highway 83 between mile markers 171 and 184.
