At 718 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 3 miles northwest of
Western, or 20 miles north of Fairbury, moving east at 15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southwestern Saline County, including the following locations...
Willard Meyer Recreation Area and The Highway 41 and 15 South
Junction.
