The National Weather Service in North Platte has issued a Red Flag Warning for gusty winds and low relative humidity, which is in effect from noon to 9 PM MDT Monday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 204 Eastern Panhandle/Crescent Lake NWR. * TIMING...Monday, Noon through 9 PM MDT. * WINDS...Northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Falling to around 15 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Upper 70s to lower 80s. * LIGHTNING...none expected. * IMPACTS...Any fire starts could spread rapidly and be difficult to control.
