Sustained wind speeds of 12 to 20 mph with gusts of 20 to 33 mph. Winds turn out of the northeast overnight. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 11 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
