Northwestern Thayer County in south central Nebraska... * WHEN...Until 700 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 342 PM CDT, emergency management reported ongoing flooding especially around Davenport. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Thawes Creek, Spring Creek, Elk Creek, Little Sandy Creek, Oak Creek, Little Blue River, Oxbow Creek, Turtle Creek, Big Sandy Creek, South Fork Big Sandy Creek and Crosby Creek.
