Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of panhandle Nebraska, including the following
county, Kimball.
* WHEN...Until 245 AM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 847 PM MDT, Emergency management reported heavy rain in
the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly. County roads have water flowing
over them, blocking passage. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of
rain have fallen, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected. Oliver Reservoir may see increasing water levels
due to small, flooded streams flowing into the Reservoir.

Kimball, Dix, Bushnell, Kimball Municipal Airport, Oliver
Reservoir, Panorama Point, Kimball County Fairgrounds and
Oliver Reservoir Campground.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
