* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Northeastern Harlan County in south central Nebraska... Southeastern Phelps County in south central Nebraska... * WHEN...Until 900 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 642 PM CDT, Local law enforcement reported a road closure 3 miles northwest of Huntley due to flooding and the washout of a culvert. Additional roadways may have also been impacted from the heavy rainfall earlier today, and the flood advisory has been extended until 9 PM so law enforcement can further investigate. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 1 inch are expected over the area.
