Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.
* WHERE...In Montana, Pryor/Northern Bighorn Mountains. In Wyoming,
Northeast Bighorn Mountains.
* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 PM MDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions will
impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. Roads, including
US-14, will likely become slippery and hazardous.
