* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Beartooth Foothills and Red Lodge Foothills. * WHEN...From 6 PM Sunday to noon MDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slick road conditions and periods of poor visibility due to blowing snow. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heaviest snow accumulations will be in the higher foothills south of Highway 78 in Carbon county, and south of a Fishtail to Mcleod line in Stillwater and Sweet Grass counties.
