Description:
* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, snow. Additional snow
accumulations up to 2 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. For
the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total snow
accumulations up to 6 inches with locally higher amounts along the
peaks. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Little Belt and Highwood Mountains.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 6 PM MDT this evening.
For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to noon
MDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Expect difficult driving conditions due to slush or snow
covered roadways. Falling and or patchy blowing snow may
significantly reduce visibility at times. Those with outdoor plans
should be prepared for dangerous outdoor conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heavy, wet snow may cause isolated power
outages and or tree damage.
Instruction:
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions can
