between Ekalaka and Baker moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Baker, Ekalaka, Plevna, Medicine Rocks State Park, Willard, Webster
and Westmore.
Strong winds may occur before or without any precipitation.
