* IMPACTS: Low humidities, unseasonably warm temperatures, strong
gusty winds, and wind shift with a cold front could create
erratic fire behavior and the potential for new fire starts.

* COUNTIES AFFECTED: In Northwest SD...Harding. In South
Central MT...Big Horn. In Southeast MT...Carter...Custer...
Fallon...Powder River Rosebud...Treasure.
* COLD FRONT: Southwest winds today will shift to the west this
evening, then northwest tonight.
* SHOWER/THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY: Isolated showers and thunderstorms
this afternoon and evening may cause gusty and erratic winds.
* WIND: Southwest 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. Locally
higher gusts are possible with shower and thunderstorm activity.
* HUMIDITY: As low as 9 percent.
* TEMPERATURES: Up to 87 degrees.
