* At 729 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 9 miles southwest of Malta to 29 miles south of
Hinsdale to 6 miles north of Hillside, moving northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Creek Rec Area, Brockway, Hillside, Hell Creek Rec Area, Flowing
Wells Rest Area, St. Marie, Brusett, The Pines Rec Area, Tampico,
Hinsdale, Fort Peck Marina, Cohagen, and Nelson Creek Rec Area.
Instruction:
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
If on or near Fort Peck Lake, get away from the water and move
indoors or inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike out to
15 miles from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you
are close enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter
now! Do not be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.
