* AFFECTED AREA...Hill and Blaine Counties. * TIMING...Noon today through 9 PM MST. * WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Up to around. * THUNDERSTORMS...Scattered showers and thunderstorms capable of producing localized wind gusts between 60 and 80 mph will move in from the southwest during the mid- afternoon to early evening hours. These storms will bring improvement to humdity and some precipation later this evening. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
