Northwestern Cooper County in central Missouri... * Until 500 PM CDT. * At 414 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 7 miles northeast of Sedalia, moving north at 10 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * Locations impacted include... Nelson, Hughesville, and Blackwater. This includes Interstate 70 in Missouri between mile markers 73 and 91.
