At 1223 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 14 miles west of Bunker, or 16 miles south of Salem, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Current River State Park, Echo Bluff State Park, Ozark National Scenic Riverways, Salem, Bunker, Turtle, Jadwin, Howes Mill, Midridge, Darien, Gladden, Boss, Round Spring, Akers, and Stone Hill.
