Description:
At 1138 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Orrick to near Buckner to Lake Tapawingo
to near Leawood. Movement was southeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Independence, Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, Raymore, Grain Valley,
Excelsior Springs, Harrisonville, Pleasant Hill, Oak Grove, Richmond,
Odessa, Greenwood, Lexington, Buckner, Lake Lotawana, Lake Winnebago,
Lone Jack, Orrick, Wellington, and Lake Tapawingo.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 70 in Missouri between mile markers 19 and 44.
Interstate 470 between mile markers 8 and 12.
