At 1139 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm had produced up to softball
size hail near Republic, moving northeast at 45 mph.
THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR AREAS NORTH OF REPUBLIC ACROSS WEST
SPRINGFIELD TOWARD WILLARD, ASH GROVE AND WALNUT GROVE.
HAZARD...Three inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Emergency management.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured.
Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs,
siding, and vehicles.
