At 416 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Sarcoxie, or 12
miles northwest of Monett, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Tennis ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Mount Vernon, Sarcoxie, Miller, Stotts City, Halltown, La Russell,
Hoberg, and Chesapeake.
This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 26 and 58.
