extending from near Cabool to 9 miles southwest of Willow Springs to
Bakersfield, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

West Plains, Willow Springs, Pomona, South Fork, Siloam Springs,
