Description: 
At 435 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 miles south of Trenton to near Osborn, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. Locations impacted include... Cameron, Chillicothe, Trenton, Plattsburg, Hamilton, Gallatin, Jamesport, Osborn, Breckenridge, Kingston, Utica, Kidder, Winston, Altamont, Turney, Jameson, Weatherby, Mooresville, Lock Springs, and Spring Hill. This includes Interstate 35 in Missouri between mile markers 43 and 70.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for north central and northwestern Missouri. Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the basement or small central room in a sturdy structure. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building.
