Warning for the following rivers in Missouri...Nebraska...
Missouri River At Rulo affecting Holt and Richardson Counties.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Missouri River at Rulo.
* WHEN...Until late tonight.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Agricultural lowlands along the river begin
to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 16.3 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
this morning to a crest of 17.9 feet this afternoon. It will then
fall below flood stage this evening.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 17.8
feet on 09/13/1972.

Instruction:
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.
