Grand River near Sumner affecting Chariton, Carroll, Livingston and
Linn Counties.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Grand River near Sumner.
* WHEN...Until late Sunday night.
* IMPACTS...At 37.0 feet, State Highway 139 floods a half mile east
of Sumner.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 37.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early
Sunday morning and continue falling to 10.5 feet Tuesday morning.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
