Grand River near Gallatin affecting Daviess and Livingston Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Grand River near Gallatin. * WHEN...Until Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Low-lying woodlands and farmland along the river flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 29.3 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 29.4 feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late this morning to 10.4 feet just after midnight tonight. It will rise to 12.6 feet tomorrow evening.
