Osage River at Taberville affecting St. Clair and Vernon Counties.
For the Osage River...including Taberville...Minor flooding is
forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Osage River at Taberville.
* WHEN...From late Tuesday night to Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Flood Stage. Flood waters impact roadways
in the Schell Osage Wildlife Refuge area.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 22.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 23.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early Wednesday morning to a crest of 23.1 feet early
Wednesday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
early Thursday morning.
- Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
23.1 feet on 11/29/2015.
