Osage River at Taberville affecting Vernon and St. Clair Counties. For the Little Osage River...including Fulton, Horton...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Osage River...including Taberville...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Little Osage River near Horton. * WHEN...Until late Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...At 41.0 feet, minor flooding affects low lying areas near the gage site and farmland along the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 41.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 41.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:45 AM CDT Tuesday was 41.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 42.8 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
