South Grand River at Urich affecting Cass, Henry and Bates Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...South Grand River at Urich. * WHEN...Until Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, K Highway is under water approximately 1 mile south of Urich. Many other roads along the river are flooded as well. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 22.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 26.6 feet this afternoon.
