Grand River near Gallatin affecting Daviess and Livingston
Counties.
Grand River near Sumner affecting Linn, Carroll, Chariton and
Livingston Counties.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Grand River near Sumner.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Rural roads are under water. At 37.0 feet,
State Highway 139 floods a half mile east of Sumner.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 34.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 23.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 37.9 feet
early Wednesday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
