* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 120 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated between 2 and 7 inches of
rain have fallen in much of Sullivan and northern Linn counties.
Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned
area.

Milan, Green City, Linneus, Greencastle, Browning, Purdin,
Newtown, Humphreys, Pollock, Harris, Osgood, Reger, Winigan,
Green Castle and New Boston.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
