* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Grand River near Chillicothe.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, rural roads are under water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 4.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 24.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this
afternoon to a crest of 26.2 feet this afternoon. It will then
fall below flood stage late this afternoon.
