At 808 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Quito to near Silver City. Movement was east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Strong thunderstorms will be near... Cruger and Silver City around 815 PM CDT. Thornton around 830 PM CDT. Tchula and Seven Pines around 835 PM CDT.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. High winds can bring down trees and large limbs resulting in serious injury or property damage. Exercise extreme caution when outdoors during such strong winds...and be especially aware of older trees.
