Description:
At 101 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Stennis Space Center, or 11 miles west of Diamondhead, moving east at
30 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea to half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Bay St. Louis, Waveland, Diamondhead, Shoreline Park, Stennis Space
Center, and Kiln.
This includes Interstate 10 in Mississippi between mile markers 1 and
18.
