Description: 
At 1216 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Porterville to near Duffee. Movement was east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Strong thunderstorms will be near... Collinsville, Meridian Station, Tamola, and Daleville around 1220 AM CDT. Meridian around 1225 AM CDT. Lauderdale around 1230 AM CDT. Kewanee around 1245 AM CDT.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. High winds can bring down trees and large limbs resulting in serious injury or property damage. Exercise extreme caution when outdoors during such strong winds...and be especially aware of older trees. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for east central Mississippi.
