At 1110 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Vaiden, moving east at 75 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Poplar Creek around 1115 PM CDT.
French Camp around 1120 PM CDT.
Weir around 1125 PM CDT.
Ackerman and Chester around 1130 PM CDT.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
High winds can bring down trees and large limbs resulting in serious
injury or property damage. Exercise extreme caution when outdoors
during such strong winds...and be especially aware of older trees.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for central, north
central and east central Mississippi.
