River Road near Three Rivers Road bridge will begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 7.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this evening to 13.5 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
