For the Biloxi River...including Lyman...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Biloxi River near Lyman. * WHEN...Until Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Major flooding will occur in Retreat and Riverland Village Subdivisions at the 16 foot stage. Homes on lower Fisherman Trail will remain flooded and lower River Road will be impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 11.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 16.0 feet tomorrow evening.
