At 314 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing tornadoes were located along a line extending from Wabasha to near Buffalo to near Lewiston, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. This storm complex has a history of producing tornadoes! SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. These dangerous storms will be near... Lewiston and Altura around 320 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by these tornadic storms include Rattlesnake Ridge, Dumfries, Zumbro Bottoms Campground, Conception, County Roads 28 And 31, Kruger Campground, and Utica. This includes Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 236 and 238.
