At 536 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Frontenac, or 11 miles southeast of Red Wing, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northern Wabasha County, including the following locations... Dumfries, Maple Springs, Oak Center, Gilbert Valley, Kruger Campground, Bear Valley, and Highway 63 And County 2.
