Description: 
The National Weather Service in Aberdeen has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 11 AM to 8 PM CDT Thursday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...In Minnesota, Traverse and Big Stone. * WINDS...Through the course of the morning, winds will be shifting from southerly to southwesterly at 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. Then, late in the afternoon into the evening another shift around to north/northeasterly behind a cold front. Wind gusts increase up to 35 to 40 mph behind the front. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 19 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control or suppress.
