In North Dakota, Cavalier, Pembina, Eastern Walsh, Grand Forks, Steele, Traill and Western Walsh. * WINDS...Northwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 29 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
