For the Menominee River...including Florence, McAllister...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Menominee River near McAllister. * WHEN...Until Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water covers the boat docks near the river gauge and there is extensive flooding of wooded lowland areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 15.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:00 PM CDT Saturday was 15.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Wednesday evening and continue falling to 13.9 feet Saturday, May 2. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
