At 1013 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a few strong thunderstorms 7 miles northeast of Rainbow Flowage, or 8 miles west of Eagle River, moving east at 55 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Iron River, Crystal Falls, Stambaugh, Caspian, Gaastra, Alpha, Way Dam, Bewabic State Park, Stager, Hagerman Lake, Peavy Falls Dam, and Mineral Hills.
