* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt continues. * WHERE...A portion of northern Michigan, including the following counties, Cheboygan and Emmet. * WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1105 AM EDT, Emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. - Little to no additional rainfall expected through midweek. Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become unstable and unsafe.
