Sturgeon River near Nahma Junction affecting Delta County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Sturgeon River near Alston. * WHEN...Until Wednesday, April 22. * IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Additional homes and structures near the river are impacted and evacuations may be necessary.
