At 1246 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Benton, or 13 miles north of Bossier City, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Benton, Bellevue, Linton, Ivan, Red Chute, Couchwood and Alden Bridge.
