At 219 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Colfax to near Clifton. Movement was southeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation and outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Alexandria, Pineville, Boyce, Alexandria International Airport, Hineston, Lena, Ball, Tioga, Timber Trails, Esler Regional Airport, Flatwoods, Otis, Elmer, Kingsville, Sieper, Kolin, Lacamp, Libuse, Clifton, and Leander. This includes Interstate 49 between mile markers 68 and 109.
