For the Bogue Chitto River...including Tylertown, Franklinton, Bush...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Bogue Chitto River near Bush. * WHEN...Until late Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Homes in low-lying areas on the downstream side of Louisiana Highway 21 near the bridge will flood. The access road upstream of the bridge will remain inundated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 13.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Thursday morning and continue falling to 8.7 feet Saturday evening. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
